Partner Engagement Manager, Manufacturing
Xometry is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Engagement Manager to lead our Partner Network initiatives. This role focuses on cultivating and managing a high-performing network of manufacturing partners, enhancing their capabilities, and ensuring alignment with our operational goals to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers.
Key responsibilities include optimizing partner performance by analyzing data and enforcing Xometry Manufacturing Standards, identifying performance and training gaps within the partner portfolio, and developing strategies to improve outcomes. The role also involves creating and implementing partner certification programs to establish quality benchmarks, managing the Partner Outsourcing Group program, and developing tailored training and coaching programs to elevate partner capabilities. Additionally, the manager will handle operational escalations, lead initiatives to reduce partner churn, serve as the ITAR conversion leader, conduct on-site assessments, maintain comprehensive training records, and collaborate with marketing teams to drive partner acquisition strategies.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and have over 8 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing leadership. Experience with manufacturing, machining, and familiarity with the manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, the ability to implement strategic improvements, and a proven track record in training and mentorship are essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with proficiency in business applications, are also required.
The estimated base salary range for this role is $108,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
