Partner Acquisition Channel Sr Manager
Wellhub is seeking a Partner Acquisition Channel Senior Manager to join our Partners team in São Paulo. This role focuses on managing technology partnerships and integrations within Brazil's ecosystem of Management Systems (CMS). The successful candidate will lead the end-to-end integration strategy, ensuring the adoption of technology by Wellhub’s partner gyms. This position involves high-level relationship management with C-level executives from leading fitness software companies and requires leading data-driven projects to optimize technical onboarding and expand indirect channels, thereby reducing operational friction and unlocking new business value.
Key responsibilities include leading the execution of integration objectives in Brazil by mapping and managing the entire partner technology journey, creating data-driven action plans to increase conversion at each stage. The role also involves acting as the primary contact and negotiator with C-level executives of major management systems, overseeing the partnership process from initial engagement to ongoing technical support. Additionally, the manager will structure and lead projects that integrate financial and reconciliation data between the Partner Portal and CMS providers, conduct analyses on incrementality and cannibalization, continuously monitor integration performance using business intelligence tools, develop joint marketing initiatives with CMS partners, and collaborate with global operations, support, product, and legal teams to improve onboarding processes and develop business requirement documents.
The ideal candidate will possess advanced English skills and have robust experience in managing complex technical and operational projects, focusing on process optimization and resolving systemic bottlenecks in B2B journeys. They should demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage and influence decision-makers, building long-term, high-trust relationships with partner tech companies. Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation is essential, with the ability to structure commercial strategies and technical defenses based on performance reports. A deep understanding of API integrations and experience with management software workflows are required, along with the ability to translate commercial needs into clear technical requirements. The candidate should be proactive and capable of navigating long-cycle development and integration projects while coordinating multiple internal teams.
