Paralegal

Additionally, the role involves conducting vital research by issuing Open Public Records Requests and performing background investigations to support litigation strategy.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree, with a Paralegal Certificate preferred. A minimum of two years of experience as a litigation paralegal is required, with a strong preference for those with insurance defense experience. Exceptional writing and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software is also necessary.
