Paralegal

The Paralegal will be responsible for managing the legal technology stack, including the implementation and oversight of Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems, e-signature tools, and AI-driven legal assistants. Key duties include drafting and reviewing NDAs, vendor agreements, and sales contracts using established templates and playbooks. Additionally, the role involves maintaining corporate records, managing state filings, insurance claims, and business licenses, with an emphasis on digital organization and automated alerts.
Candidates should possess a growth mindset and a proactive approach to learning new technologies. A Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate is required, along with a minimum of two years' experience in a legal environment, either in a law firm or in-house setting. Strong written communication skills and a customer-service orientation toward internal stakeholders are essential.
