Paid Social Channel Manager
Remote is seeking a data-driven Paid Social Channel Manager to lead and expand our B2B paid acquisition efforts across major social platforms. This role is pivotal in attracting qualified leads from mid-market and scaling tech companies, optimizing full-funnel performance, and contributing to our mission of simplifying global employment.
The Paid Social Channel Manager will develop, execute, and manage paid social strategies on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter, focusing on high-value B2B target accounts. Responsibilities include building Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences using tools like Clay, managing end-to-end campaign execution across various geographies (AMER, EMEA, APAC), conducting daily performance audits, and collaborating with creative teams to develop and refresh ad assets. Ensuring robust conversion tracking and accurate ROI attribution is also a key aspect of the role.
The ideal candidate will have over six years of experience in B2B performance marketing, specifically managing multi-million dollar budgets across paid social channels. Advanced knowledge of major paid media platforms and B2B marketing tools is essential, along with proven expertise in audience segmentation, scaling spend, and managing complex full-funnel campaigns. Experience in a B2B tech environment targeting Finance, HR, and Operations leaders in mid-market and enterprise accounts is highly desirable.
Remote offers a competitive annual salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 USD for this full-time position.
