Paid Media Analyst
The Paid Media Analyst at Wellhub is a key member of the Marketing team, responsible for developing, executing, and analyzing paid media strategies across various platforms within the regional market. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness through strategic paid media campaigns, generating qualified leads to fuel the sales pipeline, and optimizing campaign performance to maximize return on investment. The analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure that campaigns align with business goals and regional market needs.
Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end paid media campaigns and growth initiatives, from strategy development and experiment design to execution and optimization. The analyst will optimize paid campaigns across all channels by continuously testing, analyzing, and refining key performance indicators, audiences, bidding strategies, keywords, and creative assets. Additionally, the role involves updating and maintaining reports on paid media performance, providing regular updates to regional marketing teams, and supporting new initiative launches, including CRM strategies using Salesforce. Proposing new creative strategies for landing pages and campaign content, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance to identify areas for improvement, and managing the operational aspects of agency relationships are also essential duties.
Candidates should possess a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Proficiency in paid social, paid search, and display ads, as well as experience with tools such as Canva, CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, Tableau, and Google Workspace (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, and Presentation), is required. Experience in paid media and digital marketing, with a strong understanding of different cultural markets, is essential. Managing cross-platform campaigns and working with international teams is highly desirable. Proficiency in English is mandatory. For candidates residing in São Paulo, availability to work from the office once a month is required.
