Paid Growth Marketing Intern
As a Paid Growth Marketing Intern at ALO, you will be an integral part of the Growth Marketing team, contributing to the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across various digital channels. This role offers a unique opportunity to connect data, creative, and media strategies to support brand campaigns, new market expansions, and performance insights that drive growth. ALO is a company dedicated to mindful movement, aiming to bring the consciousness from yoga practice into everyday life.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting global paid media planning across channels such as paid social and emerging platforms, ensuring campaign setup preparation, quality assurance, and launch readiness. You will assist in executing and optimizing global brand campaigns, international campaigns, key launches, and major marketing moments. Additionally, you will support weekly and post-campaign reporting by pulling performance data and building clear, structured presentations, as well as analyzing campaign performance across audiences, creative, and markets to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
To be successful in this role, you should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Media, Analytics, International Business, or a related field. A strong interest in paid media, digital advertising, growth marketing, and international cultures and business is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data trends and create impactful presentations, is required. Strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams are also important. An analytical mindset with curiosity to interpret performance data and translate insights into action, along with a creative eye for brand storytelling and performance-driven creative, will be beneficial. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally, are necessary.
The internship program runs from June 8th to July 31st, with interns working 40 hours per week at ALO's Beverly Hills headquarters. The base pay range for this position is $25 to $35 per hour, with actual pay varying based on factors including location, experience, and performance. Eligibility is open to students who are recent graduates or current seniors with graduation dates in Spring 2025, Winter 2025, and Spring 2026. Unfortunately, candidates graduating in Winter 2026 or later are not eligible at this time.
