Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (ERP) Analyst
LVT is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (ERP) Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing and optimizing our financial processes through the Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials suite, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across all financial modules. In this position, you will lead and support core financial modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets. Your responsibilities will encompass gathering and analyzing business requirements, configuring system setups, collaborating with technical teams on reports and integrations, supporting period close activities, troubleshooting functional issues, leading testing efforts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and partnering with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities.
The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of experience as a Core Financials Functional Consultant or Analyst with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. Strong hands-on expertise in GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Fixed Assets modules is essential. A solid understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and period-end close activities is required. Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials Cloud are mandatory, and a background in Finance and Accounting, with a CPA or MBA in Finance, is highly desirable. Experience with Subledger Accounting and exposure to Project Management, Subscription Management, or Revenue Management modules will be advantageous.
The annual salary range for this role is $155,000 to $207,000, determined by job-related experience, education, and location. Additional compensation includes a bonus structure tied to goal achievement and participation in our employee equity program.
