Key responsibilities include overseeing and executing operational and visual processes, investigating inventory accuracy issues, and maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor. The manager supports sell-through management by ensuring accurate inventory counts and coordinating labor hours for efficient product deliveries. Additionally, they represent the business in meetings, manage budgets, and plan workflows to optimize store performance.
The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office applications, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. They should be adaptable, capable of handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, and align with ALO's guiding principles. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform various physical tasks, and stand or move throughout entire shifts.
Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $33 to $36 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
