Operations Program Manager - Global Construction and Facilities
ALO is seeking an Operations Program Manager to join its Global Construction & Facilities team, focusing on enhancing program and process excellence across store development and facilities operations. This role involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving workflows, tools, onboarding processes, and AI-enabled automation to boost efficiency and data-driven decision-making in real estate, design, and construction. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the store development lifecycle and the ability to translate strategic visions into practical programs and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include owning the program roadmap for processes, tools, and automation within Construction & Facilities, prioritizing initiatives that offer the highest operational leverage and return on investment. The role requires mapping, documenting, and refining end-to-end workflows for store development, from site selection and design iterations to permitting, construction, and facilities handover. Additionally, the manager will lead the design, implementation, and adoption of project and facilities management platforms, oversee AI enablement and automation initiatives, and establish program governance with clear success metrics and reporting structures.
Candidates should possess at least seven years of experience in program, operations, or product management within construction, facilities, or store development programs, preferably in the retail sector. A demonstrated understanding of the full store development lifecycle is essential, along with hands-on experience implementing and administering tools like Smartsheet and construction project management platforms such as Procore, PlanGrid, or Autodesk BIM 360. A proven track record in delivering process automation, system integrations, or AI/machine learning pilots into production is also required. Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects and change effectively are crucial for success in this role.
