Operations Manager - One Colorado
The Operations Manager at ALO's One Colorado location in Pasadena, California, plays a pivotal role in overseeing the store's operational strategy. This position focuses on inventory management, labor planning, and scheduling to ensure the store operates efficiently and remains customer-ready at all times. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, including the sales floor and back-of-house areas, to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
Key responsibilities include executing and supporting essential operational processes, investigating and addressing inventory accuracy issues, and championing strong operational standards on the sales floor by leveraging business performance data. The Operations Manager also supports sell-through management by ensuring accurate inventory counts and coordinating labor hours to efficiently receive product deliveries, all while maintaining a safe work environment.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of leadership experience in retail or a related industry, with proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential. The role demands agility to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, along with strong time management skills and personal accountability. Physical requirements include the ability to lift, push, carry, or move up to 50 pounds, as well as the capacity to stand and move throughout an entire shift.
