Operations Manager - Fashion Show
The Operations Manager at ALO's Fashion Show location in Las Vegas, NV, is a pivotal member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing the company's operational strategies. This role focuses on inventory management, labor planning, and scheduling to ensure the store operates efficiently and remains customer-ready at all times. The position requires constant movement throughout the store, including both the sales floor and back-of-house areas, to maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
Key responsibilities include overseeing and supporting the execution of essential operational processes, investigating and addressing inventory accuracy issues, and championing strong operational standards by leveraging business performance data. The Operations Manager also manages sell-through by ensuring accurate inventory counts and coordinating labor hours for efficient product deliveries, while promoting a safe work environment and efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office applications, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The role demands agility in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, a strong independent work ethic, effective time management skills, and personal accountability. Alignment with ALO's guiding principles is essential, along with the physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for entire shifts.
