Candidates should possess 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office applications, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The role requires agility in handling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment, a strong business acumen, and the ability to lead a team through accountability and continuous coaching. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or move throughout an entire shift.
