The Operations Lead also champions strong visual standards on the sales floor and maintains a safe and efficient stockroom environment.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent decision-making skills. The role requires high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun and work.
