This position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and ensure optimal store operations. Key responsibilities include leading and executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage. The Operations Lead will oversee essential operational functions such as shipment processing, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. Maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensuring a safe, efficient stockroom environment are also critical aspects of the role.

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. A high-energy, enthusiastic approach, coupled with the ability to integrate fun and work, is essential. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required, along with a self-motivated attitude and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team. Alignment with ALO's guiding principles is also expected.

The position offers a base pay ranging from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, potentially increasing total compensation.
