Operations Lead - Westchester

The Operations Lead at ALO is a pivotal member of the store leadership team, responsible for driving profitability and operational efficiency. The Operations Lead manages essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and supply management. Additionally, they champion strong visual standards and maintain a safe, efficient work environment through robust stockroom practices.

Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership and decision-making capabilities. High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun into work are essential. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required, along with a self-motivated attitude and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team.

Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
