The Operations Lead at ALO's The Shops at La Cantera location plays a pivotal role within the store leadership team, focusing on driving profitability and operational efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks and provide feedback, ensuring optimal store operations.
Key responsibilities include leading and executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage, managing shipment and receiving processes, overseeing sales floor recovery and replenishment, and maintaining strong visual standards. The Operations Lead also supports a safe work environment through robust stockroom standards and processes.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment, proven leadership capabilities with excellent decision-making skills, and a high-energy, enthusiastic approach. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, along with alignment with ALO's guiding principles.
