Operations Lead - The Market Street at Lynnfield

The Operations Lead is a pivotal member of the store leadership team at Alo Yoga's Market Street location in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. The Operations Lead collaborates closely with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks and provide feedback, ensuring optimal performance across all store operations.

Key responsibilities include leading and executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage. The Operations Lead manages essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining strong visual standards. Additionally, this role supports a safe and efficient work environment by upholding high stockroom standards and processes.

Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership and decision-making capabilities. The role requires high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun into the workplace.
