Operations Lead - Southpark Mall
The Operations Lead at ALO's Southpark Mall location in Charlotte, NC, plays a pivotal role within the store leadership team, focusing on driving profitability and operational efficiency. This position requires close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Manager to initiate and delegate tasks effectively while providing constructive feedback to the team. The Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring optimal results that support the overall operations of the store.
Key responsibilities include leading and executing inventory management processes with an emphasis on maximizing inventory accuracy and minimizing shrinkage. The Operations Lead will investigate and address inventory accuracy issues, working alongside the General Manager to identify and escalate any process or system gaps that may arise. Additionally, this role manages the execution of essential operational functions such as shipment processing, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. Maintaining high visual standards on the sales floor and supporting a safe working environment through robust stockroom standards and processes are also crucial aspects of the role.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. A high-energy, upbeat, and enthusiastic demeanor is essential, along with the ability to integrate fun and work. Self-motivation, a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team, and excellent interpersonal and written communication skills are also required. Alignment with and embodiment of ALO's guiding principles is expected.
Compensation for this full-time position includes a base pay ranging from $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, with eligibility to participate in the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may result in higher total compensation.
