Operations Lead - Plaza Frontenac

The Operations Lead at Alo Yoga's Plaza Frontenac location in St. Louis, MO, plays a pivotal role within the store's leadership team, focusing on driving profitability and operational efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and optimize overall store operations.

Key responsibilities include leading and executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage. The Operations Lead will investigate inventory discrepancies, manage key operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and floor set updates, and maintain strong visual standards for the sales floor. Additionally, the role supports a safe work environment through effective stockroom standards and processes.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. The role requires high energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun and work. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential, along with a self-motivated attitude and a desire to achieve results both individually and as part of a team.
