Operations Lead - NorthPark Center
The Operations Lead at Alo Yoga's NorthPark Center location in Dallas, TX, plays a pivotal role within the store leadership team, focusing on driving profitability and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include leading and executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage, managing shipments, receiving and processing merchandise, overseeing sales floor recovery, and ensuring strong visual standards. The Operations Lead also supports a safe work environment through effective stockroom standards and processes.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, proven leadership capabilities, and excellent decision-making skills. High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun and work are essential.
