Additionally, this role supports a safe work environment by upholding robust stockroom standards and processes.
Candidates should possess at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills. High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun into the workplace are essential. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required, along with alignment with ALO's guiding principles.
Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $19.00 to $23.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
