Key responsibilities include leading and executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage. The Operations Lead manages essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining strong visual standards. Additionally, this role supports a safe and efficient work environment through effective stockroom management and adherence to company policies.
Candidates should have at least two years of experience in a client-centric sales environment, demonstrating proven leadership and decision-making capabilities. High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to integrate fun into work are essential. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are required, along with alignment with ALO's guiding principles. The position requires full-time availability, including variable shifts, peak days, weekends, and the company's Blackout period from Thanksgiving through early January.
Compensation for this role ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
