Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Wolvenstraat 9 Streets

The Operations Associate is a key member of the store team at ALO's Wolvenstraat 9 Streets location in Amsterdam, responsible for driving profitability and efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to support total store operations and achieve optimal results.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. The Operations Associate also ensures a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment, a passion for customer service, high energy, and the ability to integrate fun and work. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for an entire shift, and safely climb ladders. Proof of the right to live and work in the Netherlands is required.
