Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Westport

The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team at Alo Yoga, responsible for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This part-time role involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and maintain high standards of performance.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and visual merchandising updates. The Operations Associate also ensures the sales floor meets visual standards and contributes to a safe and efficient work environment through strong stockroom practices.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with Alo Yoga's guiding principles are essential.

Compensation for this position ranges from $16.50 to $18.50 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
