Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Waterside Shops

The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team at ALO's Waterside Shops location in Naples, Florida. This part-time role focuses on driving profitability and efficiency within the store, working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. The role also involves ensuring a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The position requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Self-motivation and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours. All employees must be available during the company's blackout period from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
