Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Walt Whitman

The Operations Associate at ALO is a pivotal member of the store team, responsible for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement and refine processes that support the overall store operations.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and escalating issues to the General/Store Manager as needed. The associate will also handle shipments, receiving, processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor. Additionally, the role involves managing reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities to ensure optimal store performance.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused sales and operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and safely using ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.

Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour. Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours, and must be available during the company's Blackout period from Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
