Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Valley Fair
The Operations Associate at ALO's Valley Fair location plays a pivotal role in enhancing store profitability and operational efficiency. This part-time position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement and refine processes that support the store's overall operations.
Key responsibilities include executing inventory management procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize shrinkage, managing shipments and product flow, and maintaining high visual standards on the sales floor. The role also encompasses tasks such as sales floor recovery, replenishment, and supporting a safe and organized stockroom environment.
Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in a client-focused, sales, or operational setting. The role demands physical capabilities, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for entire shifts, and perform tasks such as bending and climbing. A strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively are essential.
Compensation for this position ranges from $18.50 to $21.50 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
