Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Vail Village

The Operations Associate at ALO's Vail Village location plays a crucial role in driving store profitability and operational efficiency. This part-time position involves collaborating closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to support total store operations and ensure optimal results.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage, supporting shipment processing, receiving, and sales floor replenishment, and maintaining strong visual standards. The role also involves investigating inventory discrepancies, assisting in floor set updates, and ensuring a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement around the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Self-motivation and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.

Compensation includes a base pay range of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
