Operations Associate (Part-Time) - UTC Sarasota
The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team, responsible for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement and complete tasks, providing feedback to achieve optimal results that support overall store operations.
Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, receiving, sales floor recovery, and replenishment. The associate also maintains high visual standards on the sales floor and ensures a safe and efficient work environment through strong stockroom practices.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and safely using ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.
Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours, based on business needs. All employees must be available during the company's blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
