Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Toronto Eaton Centre

The Operations Associate at ALO's Toronto Eaton Centre location plays a pivotal role in enhancing store profitability and efficiency. This part-time position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. The role also involves ensuring a safe work environment through strong stockroom practices and dynamically engaging with the retail floor to meet business and customer needs.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.

Compensation ranges from $20.00 to $22.00 CAD per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
