Operations Associate (Part-Time) - The Summit at Fritz Farm

The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team at Alo Yoga's Summit at Fritz Farm location in Lexington, Kentucky. This part-time role focuses on enhancing store profitability and efficiency by supporting various operational functions. The position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to ensure seamless store operations.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, and supporting key operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and replenishment. The Operations Associate also maintains strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensures a safe work environment through effective stockroom management.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with Alo Yoga's guiding principles are essential.
