Operations Associate (Part-Time) - The Grove

The Operations Associate at ALO's The Grove location in Los Angeles plays a pivotal role in enhancing store profitability and operational efficiency. This part-time position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and uphold ALO's commitment to mindful movement and community engagement.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and visual merchandising. The role also entails maintaining strong visual standards, ensuring a safe work environment, and dynamically assessing and fulfilling the needs of the business, team, and guests on the retail floor.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and safely using ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.
