Operations Associate (Part-Time) - St. Johns Town Center

The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team, responsible for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This role collaborates closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement and complete tasks that support overall store operations.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and escalating issues to the General/Store Manager. The associate also supports key operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining visual standards.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Self-motivation and alignment with the company's guiding principles are essential.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours. Availability during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January, is required.
