Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Southlake Town Square

The Operations Associate at Alo Yoga's Southlake Town Square location plays a pivotal role in enhancing store profitability and operational efficiency. This part-time position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and maintain high visual standards on the sales floor.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and supply management. The role also entails maintaining strong visual standards, ensuring a safe work environment, and dynamically addressing the needs of the business, team, and guests on the retail floor.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and safely using ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with Alo's guiding principles are essential.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours, based on business needs. Availability during the company's Blackout period—from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January—is mandatory.
