The Operations Associate at ALO's Shops at Hudson Yards location plays a pivotal role in enhancing store profitability and operational efficiency. This part-time position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and uphold ALO's commitment to mindful movement and community engagement.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. The role also involves ensuring a safe work environment through strong stockroom practices and dynamically addressing the needs of the business, team, and guests on the retail floor.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
