Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Shops at Columbus Circle

The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team at ALO's Shops at Columbus Circle location in New York, NY. This part-time role focuses on driving profitability and efficiency within the store, working closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage, supporting shipment processing, receiving, and sales floor replenishment, and maintaining strong visual standards. The Operations Associate also ensures a safe work environment through effective stockroom standards and processes, and dynamically assesses and fulfills the needs of the business, team, and guests on the retail floor.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Self-motivation and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.

Compensation for this position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
