Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Ross Park Mall

The Operations Associate at Alo Yoga's Ross Park Mall location plays a pivotal role in ensuring the store's operational efficiency and profitability. This position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and maintain high visual standards.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and supply management. The role also entails maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensuring a safe and efficient stockroom environment.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with Alo's guiding principles are essential.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of four hours. Availability during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January, is mandatory.
