Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Pinecrest
The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team at ALO, responsible for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This part-time role involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and maintain high visual standards.
Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting key operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and supply management. The role also involves maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment through robust stockroom practices.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.
