Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Penn Square

The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team at ALO, responsible for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement and complete tasks that support the overall store operations.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. The associate also ensures a safe work environment through strong stockroom practices and dynamically assesses and fulfills business and guest needs on the retail floor.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused sales or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Self-motivation and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.

The position offers a base pay ranging from $15.00 to $16.00 per hour in Oklahoma City, OK.
