The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team at ALO, responsible for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This role collaborates closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement and complete tasks, providing feedback to achieve optimal results that support overall store operations.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage, investigating and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor recovery, and supply management. The Operations Associate also maintains strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensures a safe work environment through effective stockroom practices.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of four hours. All employees must be available during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
