Operations Associate (Part-Time) - NorthPark Center

The Operations Associate at ALO's NorthPark Center location in Dallas, TX, plays a pivotal role in enhancing store profitability and operational efficiency. This part-time position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and uphold ALO's commitment to mindful movement and exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role also involves ensuring a safe and organized stockroom environment and dynamically engaging on the sales floor to meet business and customer needs.

Candidates should possess at least one year of experience in a client-focused, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program.
