Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Michigan Ave

The Operations Associate plays a vital role within the store team, focusing on enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This position collaborates closely with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement and complete tasks, providing feedback to achieve optimal results in supporting overall store operations.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, receiving, sales floor recovery, and supply management. The role also involves maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment through robust stockroom practices.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused sales or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and safely using ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.

Compensation for this part-time position ranges from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour in Chicago, IL. Associates are also eligible to participate in the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, which may increase total compensation.
