Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Market Street The Woodlands

The Operations Associate at Alo Yoga's Market Street location in The Woodlands plays a pivotal role in enhancing store profitability and operational efficiency. This position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to execute tasks and provide feedback, ensuring optimal store operations. Alo Yoga is dedicated to mindful movement, aiming to bring the consciousness developed on the yoga mat into everyday life, fostering better living and community improvement.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and reduce shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies in partnership with the General/Store Manager, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management. The role also involves maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor, ensuring a safe work environment through robust stockroom standards, and dynamically assessing and fulfilling the needs of the business, team, and guests on the retail floor.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and safely using ladders. A passion for customer service, self-motivation, and alignment with Alo Yoga's guiding principles are essential.

Part-time, non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of 4 hours, based on business needs. All employees must be available during the company's blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving through the first week of January.
