Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Market Street at Lynnfield
The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team at ALO, responsible for enhancing profitability and efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to implement and oversee operational processes that support the overall store operations.
Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and escalating issues to the General/Store Manager as needed. The Operations Associate also supports key operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining strong visual standards. Additionally, this role involves working with reporting, budgets, inventory control, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal store performance.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Self-motivation and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.
The position offers a base pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour in Lynnfield, MA.
