The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team at ALO's Hudson's Detroit location, responsible for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and maintain high standards of performance.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting key operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and visual merchandising updates. The Operations Associate also ensures the sales floor meets strong visual standards and maintains a safe and efficient stockroom environment.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused sales or operational role, possess the ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for entire shifts, and demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Self-motivation and alignment with ALO's guiding principles are essential.
