The Operations Associate (Part-Time) at Harbor East will join the dynamic team at ALO, a company renowned for its elevated activewear and wellness products. In this role, the associate will contribute to the smooth functioning and operational efficiency of the store, directly supporting the store leadership and broader retail team.
Key responsibilities include assisting with inventory management, replenishing merchandise on the sales floor, and maintaining stockroom organization. The Operations Associate will ensure all back-of-house operations are efficient and in line with company standards, including receiving shipments, processing transfers, and organizing product displays. The role will also assist with general upkeep of the store, ensuring both customer-facing and operational areas remain clean and orderly.
Candidates should bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous retail or stockroom experience is preferred, but not required. Strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, are important for success in this position.
