Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Domain Austin

The Operations Associate at Alo Yoga's Domain Austin location plays a pivotal role in enhancing store profitability and operational efficiency. This part-time position involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Management team to support overall store operations and uphold the brand's commitment to mindful movement and community engagement.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating and addressing inventory discrepancies, and supporting essential operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. The role also involves ensuring a safe and organized stockroom environment and dynamically assessing and fulfilling business and guest needs on the retail floor.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-focused sales or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and tasks such as bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for entire shifts. A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, self-motivation, and alignment with Alo's guiding principles are essential.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 30 hours per week, with a minimum shift of four hours, based on business needs. Availability during peak periods, including the holiday season from Thanksgiving through early January, is required.
