Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting operational functions such as shipment processing, receiving, sales floor recovery, and replenishment. The role also involves maintaining strong visual standards on the sales floor and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment through proper stockroom practices.

Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a client-centric sales or operational environment. The role requires constant movement throughout the store, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and the capacity to stand and move for entire shifts. Compensation ranges from $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, with eligibility for monthly store incentive bonuses.
