Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Brompton Road

The Operations Associate is a vital member of the store team at ALO's Brompton Road location, responsible for enhancing profitability and operational efficiency. This role involves close collaboration with the Operations & Visual Manager and Operations Lead to support overall store operations and ensure optimal performance.

Key responsibilities include executing inventory management processes to maximize accuracy and minimize shrinkage, investigating inventory discrepancies, and supporting key operational functions such as shipment processing, sales floor replenishment, and maintaining visual standards. The Operations Associate also ensures a safe work environment through strong stockroom standards and processes.

Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a client-centric, sales, or operational environment, a passion for customer service, high energy and enthusiasm, self-motivation, and the ability to build genuine connections through empathy and integrity. Proof of the right to live and work in the UK is required.

Part-time associates are expected to work up to 29 hours per week, with schedules determined by the General Manager based on business needs, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts. Availability during the holiday season, from Black Friday through the first week of January, is expected.
